Life At Panasonic

We believe in making a ‘Vibrant Panasonic’& creating a better world for us and for those around us. At Panasonic India, we organise events like E-waste Events, Catalysing Conversations, etc to engage our employees in building a better tomorrow. We also have fun team activities, Friday lunches, and conduct events like International Yoga day, vaccination campaigns, et cetera for the holistic development of our employees.

We started our year with a beautiful New Year Lunch with our entire Panasonic team followed by extra bright & zealous Diwali celebrations. Christmas came early for us when Santa brought all of us presents. That’s just a few of things we do at Vibrant Panasonic.

Techno Park

We inaugurated our maiden refrigerator factory in Jhajjar, Haryana in 2018 to build our foundation in the industry within India. With an investment of around Rs 115 crore, our Jhajjar factory is situated at our Technopark manufacturing facility. With this, we have expanded our local production portfolio in the appliances business... Identifying India as the development hub of the future, Panasonic has been focusing on expanding our product portfolio and factory bases in India. Employing more than 1500 employees, we aim to build a work culture that helps build a better world.

India Innovation Centre

In collaboration with TCS, we announced our launch of the India Innovation Center in Bengaluru in 2017 to help design a smarter future. We aim to disrupt the market with our innovative state of the art technology especially in the fields of IoT, Mobility and Artificial Intelligence (AI).....We inaugurated the Center of Excellence (CoE) under Panasonic’s India Innovation Center, which is our pioneer innovation hub in India. Panasonic aims to bring the best minds across the country to help develop transformative solutions on our key focus areas which include Community, Mobility, Energy, Industrial and Finance Solutions

Reddot Award

With an aim to add comfort and convenience to our consumers’ lives, we introduced the MirAIe platform in 2021. Our platform won the Reddot Design Excellence Award for premium interface design and futuristic vision. Maverick Training Program
